 About the team

Our team was started in 2018 with 2 girls and 3 boys. We have learned many important skills in the last year while researching, designing, and building our robot, Magneto. Most importantly though, we have learned that a great team needs to be built on hard work, dedication, and respect. We learned that we need to work together and help each other.

On May 4, 2019, we competed in our first competition in the SCOUT Class in Boca Raton, FL. We went to the competition after 9 months of team meetings and practices. Our dedicated team worked hard to complete the pool tasks and won First Place in the Florida Regional.  We are proud of our accomplishments, but sad that one of our team members, Tatiana, was not able to join us due to a last minute illness. We look forward to more competitions in the coming years!
